The Real Jihadist Threat No One Is Watching

jihadthreat.jpgMost people can tell you who the potential jihadists are, especially the ones in Europe and the USA.

You can point them out in a group: they are immigrants, or more often, the children of immigrants, who came from the Middle East or North Africa.

They often converse among one another in Arabic. Many want to join the Islamic State and other terror groups in Syria, or have gone and since returned. They are mostly men, usually around age 20 or less, and have grown up feeling alienated from the societies in which they live.

Christian slapped with $12,000 'Shariah fine' for not removing shoes

John-Alabi-of-Ontario-Canada-fined-for-offending-his-muslim-tenants-2017.jpgCanada is now fining its citizens for offending people of the Islamic faith.

John Alabi, 53, is a Christian and a landlord who lives in the Toronto area and is being ordered to pay a fine of $12,000 by the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal because he failed to remove his shoes when he entered the apartment he was renting to a Muslim couple.

His crime? Religious discrimination, according to the tribunal.

The tenants were planning to move out of his rental home, and he says he gave the couple the required 24-hours notice that he would be showing the apartment to another tenant.

‘A Word of Truth’ About Linda Sarsour’s ‘Jihad’

lindajihad.jpgLinda Sarsour bores me. She is the radical flavor-of-the-month. But she is a numbingly familiar type to longtime observers of sharia supremacists in the West: the forked tongue, the flag-draped anti-Americanism, the close partnership with the hard left, and so on. Eight years ago, I wrote a book called The Grand Jihad about this breed of Muslim Brotherhood-mold operative. Sarsour fits the pathology to a tee … but once you’re on to them, these people are a dime a dozen. Yawn.

Letter: GuideStar’s Aim on ‘Hate Groups’ Seemed to Be Harming Conservative Groups

To the Editor:

The headline of Jacob Harold’s opinion article, "Nonprofits Have a Role to Play in Building Bridges in a Polarized World," is unassailable, but his recent actions are inconsistent with his claims.

Today’s political conversation in America lacks nuance, and GuideStar’s reliance on Southern Poverty Law Center information hardly meets his goal of providing neutral and honest information.

I’m A Muslim Reformer. Why Am I Being Smeared as an ‘Anti-Muslim Extremist’?

Nawaz-column.jpg

Maajid Nawaz, The Daily Beast

I am a brown, liberal, reform Muslim. I have survived violent neo-Nazi racism and served as a former War on Terror political prisoner in Egypt, witnessing torture. Yet, in a trip that takes us through the looking glass, the largely white American non-Muslim “progressive” leadership at the pro-civil liberties group Southern Poverty Law Center (SLPC) has just published a “journalist’s field list” naming me as an “anti-Muslim” extremist.

Sharia Opposition Unifies America

carally.png

America is a divided nation. Countless political issues fragment our nation, while race, gender, and religious identification enhance division even further.

But there is one issue that has brought Americans of all backgrounds together in opposition to it, the barbarism of Sharia law.

Issues such as gay marriage, affirmative action, medicinal marijuana, and others may bring out our differences, Sharia law is an enemy that all rational citizens unify against.

Sharia legitimizes and encourages behavior all rational human beings should find appalling.

The War on Girls

honor-killing-protest-signs-getty-640x480.jpg“Do you know you are going to die tonight?”

This is how Zein Isa, a Palestinian Muslim and naturalized United States Citizen, told his 16-year-old daughter Tina, that she was going to die.

He told her she brought dishonor to the family by finding part time work, dating a boy outside of her faith, playing high school soccer, going to the prom, and becoming “Americanized.”

Tina was brutally stabbed to death by her father with a butcher knife, while her mother Maria, held her down.

Terror: The Consequence of Apathy

breitbart.jpgEqually infuriating to a radical Islamist killing innocent children at a pop concert in Manchester, is the very likely possibility that it will not be the last time.

We’ve seen this tragic routine before: a radical Islamist wages violent Jihad against the Western world and, after a few days of cliché sloganeering and useless hashtags, all is forgotten.

Well, for the parents and loved ones of those who were killed, all is not forgotten. They will live forever with a hole in their hearts that can never be filled.

The Muslim Brotherhood: Know Thy Enemy

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi’s recent visit to the White House was of paramount importance to combatting radical Islamic terrorism.

As evidenced by the recent Palm Sunday church bombings by radical Islamists, Egypt finds itself on the front lines in the battle against Islamic radicalism, and more specifically, the Muslim Brotherhood.

It was Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood that started an Islamic revolution in 2011, which created a domino effect, extending into Syria and across the globe.

Call It What It Is: Radical Islamic Terrorism

shariah.pngBefore President Trump delivered his Joint Address to Congress, uncertainty loomed over whether he would water down his penchant for speaking the truth about our radical Islamic adversaries.

Any reasonable person can see the common characteristic between the 9/11 hijackers, the Fort Hood jihadist, the Boston bombers, the Paris attackers, the San Bernardino couple, and the Orlando nightclub shooter, and no, it’s not that they’re all Jehovah Witnesses.
