U.S. Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) has introduced the No Tax-Exemptions for Terror Act in an effort to prevent terror-linked organizations, such as the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), from retaining non-profit status.

In a statement, Rep. Roy makes clear why this legislation is needed: “CAIR has ties with Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, and other extremist organizations that routinely use violence and commit horrific acts to advance their political agenda. CAIR's national Executive Director even praised Hamas' barbaric October 7th attacks against Israel.”

If you agree that tax-exempt status should not be granted to extremist organizations with terror ties, use ACT for America's Take Action tool to contact your federal legislators.  Demand they support the No Tax-Exemptions for Terror Act.  Remember, their job is to represent YOU!
