Texas model legislation HB 631 and HB 360 provide full parental rights and protections for children in grades K-5!
- Stops all comprehensive sex ed and gender fluidity policy in K-5 grade level.
- Ends secret counseling and secret transport of students to receive services from Planned Parenthood for contraception, hormone therapy, and gender affirming care!
- Full parental access to all school educational and health records
- Parental consent to be acquired prior to performing any well-being and health screenings, counseling, or treatment with injunctive relief and serious consequences for faculty who violate this requirement.
- Requires full parental access to all teaching materials and activities and they must meet age-appropriate state standards.
