Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away on September 18th, 2020 after a long fight with cancer, leaving the 9th seat of the Supreme Court open.

President Trump nominated the incredibly qualified, Judge Amy Coney Barrett, to fill Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's seat on September 26th, 2020.

President Trump and the US Senate are constitutionally obligated to fill the seat and with the 2020 election approaching, it would be in the best interests of the American people to fill the seat with expediency.

It is not uncommon for Presidents to nominate and confirm US Supreme Court Justices during election years, and it was Justice Ginsburg herself who said that Presidents "do not stop being President" during election years in 2016.

With a tightly contested United States Senate, it is going to take pressure from we the people to make sure this seat is filled before the November Election.
