Andy’s Law - A measure named for Private First-Class Andy Long, shot and killed at a Little Rock Army recruiting center by a self-proclaimed terrorist, is now law in three states. Andy’s Law stiffens   state criminal penalties for acts of terrorism and material support for terrorism and creates a civil cause of action, empowering victims of terrorism to sue for enhanced damages against those who commit acts of terrorism or provide material support for terrorism - passed in 7 states: AR, FL, KS, LA, NC, OK, and TN.
